The Celtic Collection is launching its first ever Restaurant Week from Friday 12th to Friday 19th September 2025. Diners in Cardiff can enjoy a special set menu at The Parkgate Hotel’s Michelin Guide-listed Sorting Room, where classic dishes are reimagined with contemporary flair (£35 for two courses).
While The Sorting Room takes centre stage in Cardiff, the wider Restaurant Week celebrates culinary excellence across Wales, with nine restaurants and four additional premium dining venues offering exceptional seasonal dishes and value-for-money menus. From refined Asian flavours by Masterchef Finalist Larkin Cen at PAD in Newport, to coastal dining at Dulse in Milford Waterfront, this landmark week showcases the best of Welsh food tourism.
